Online classes

As well as in-studio classes, many studios offer videos (grouped into collections) and programs to follow at home, at your own pace.

Find a studio’s videos

On the studio’s page, click the screen icon (Collections) or the trophy icon (Programs). Each collection groups videos on the same theme; click it to see the videos, their level and their duration.

Watch a video

A video’s page shows its description, level, duration, benefits and the equipment you need. Depending on the studio, a video can be:

• open access: anyone can watch it;
• for subscribers only: the Subscription required badge is shown and only a short demo can be watched;
• sold individually: you can buy it on its own, without a subscription.

Click the star to add a video to My favorites (star icon in the menu).

Programs

A program is a step-by-step journey: videos, PDF files and links, to follow in order. You can access it with the studio’s subscription or, if the studio offers this, buy it on its own.
